Protoncaster Mk III Guitar (ready to ship)
Protoncaster Mk III Guitar
The Protoncaster Mk III was the stepping stone in development from the Mk II to the Mk IV, Taking the Proton Pack inspired original design and making it into a more guitar-like shape. Only three models were made in this series, this guitar, a four-sting bass, and a five-string bass.
The top of the guitar is cast resin, as are some of the detail parts around the sides and on the back cover panels. All parts are hand painted.
It has two high-output humbuckers, both of which can be split. Each has its own volume and tone. The selector is three-way.
It is a 21 fret neck, 25.5” scale, with locking tuners, and a fixed, top-loading bridge.
This is one is ready to ship, in a case.
