Devil & Sons sells direct through our website using Squarespace eCommerce.

For services and some commissions sale is direct to custom via Paypal.

Payment Policy

The Devil & Sons web shop accepts payment via PayPal, Credit or Debit card.

You can pay with a Credit or Debit card via PayPal WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card

We cannot send packages until payments have cleared.

Please contact us if you are having any problems with payment and we will do our best to assist you.

Payment should be made within 3 days. We may relist the item if we have not received payment or any communication from you after 4 days (but we will also make contact with you first to discuss the situation).

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our instruments come in hard cases or custom made flight cases which are then securely packed in cardboard boxes for shipment. Additional bubble wrap or packing may be used inside the case with the case then securely packed in a cardboard box for shipment.

Items are normally sent out within 3 working days.

Any import taxes, charges and duties will be paid in the country of delivery by the purchaser if applicable. Devil & Sons do not cover these costs.

We will send you tracking details as soon as they are available. A confirmed email address and contact number will be required. All instruments are insured for the full journey to you.

 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy on stock items

Returns must be paid for by the buyer. Returns are expected within 7 working days of confirmation of return. Refunds will be given within 7 working days of receiving the return item, assuming it is in the same condition as when posted to the buyer by us.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy on custom items

We’re sorry but at this time Devil & Sons cannot generally accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders, please purchase seriously. However if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges of custom orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. With a custom order a refund will be for work and time not materials.

Damaged in transit/on arrival instruments

We will attempt to resolve any issues in the most cost effective and appropriate way for both parties. Provided the damage has not been caused by customer we will cover all cost for return and repair.  

Custom orders Policies:

We live for custom orders so please don’t be shy if you have an idea and contact us.

For custom and bespoke orders we will discuss directly with you an estimated time for building your dream guitar or bass. This time can vary depending on how many orders we are processing, the complexity of your guitar, and if we need to obtain specialist parts for it that we don’t normally hold in stock. We try our best to turn custom orders around within a month.

We ask for payment in advance.
